For more than 25 years Chef Richard Florczak has been the exclusive private chef to Hollywood’s A-List celebrities... 2 Years with Tom Cruise and 13 years with Mel Gibson and his family. He has also worked for Leonardo DiCaprio, Christina Aguilera, John Taylor of Duran Duran, Billy Gardell of Mike and Molly, Kevin Nealon of SNL and Jennifer Garner who wrote the forward to his award winning cook book, “The Private Chef.” Chef Florczak trained at the UCLA Chef’s Program, the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, and the California Sushi Academy. He also studied abroad for a summer in Hong Kong and Thailand. Chef Florczak has cooked for his celebrity clients on location in Rome, for the “Passion,” in Prague for “Mission Impossible,” and in South Carolina for “The Patriot,” just to name a few.
